The Biden-Harris administration’s record of enhancing protections for LGBTQ people suggests that Kamala Harris would be a champion for the people if elected.

[Washington, DC, July 24, 2024] – The National LGBTQ Task Force Behavior Fund today endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for President. The organization has not endorsed a presidential candidate since its founding in 1973, when they endorsed President Jimmy Carter.

The accompanying can be attributed to Kierra Johnson, President, National LGBTQ Task Force Move Fund:

KamalaHQ and other Democratic political outlets embraced this endorsement from Gen Z’s anointed gay icon, Charli XCX. Since then, Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign has embraced this endorsement wholeheartedly by posting “BRAT” related memes and changing their Twitter banner to the “BRAT” branded chartreuse.

On the other hand, FOX News commentators attempted to harness this designation as an indictment. The conservative establishment did not understand the significance that this message carried for the gay community. To the gays, girls, and young progressively minded, “BRAT” represented a gay renaissance
